The staff were friendly and assisted us with arranging transportation to nearby attractions. the breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. We enjoyed the balcony in our room which gave us a nice view of the area.
The location was far from any shops or restaurants, and we had to rely on taxis to get to places. the room was not very clean when we first arrived and we had to request it to be cleaned again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always keen to assist us with anything we needed. The room we were upgraded to was nicely furnished, and we loved having a balcony. The hotel also provided transportation services, organizing taxis for us to Pyin Oo Lwin and Monuwa. The breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed it each morning. the best aspects of our stay were the friendly staff, spacious room with balcony, and convenient transportation services.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The nicely furnished room was a delightful surprise, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony that provided a lovely view. the breakfast offered at this hotel was of very high quality, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There were a few minor issues during my stay. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par on the first day, but the staff quickly rectified the situation the next day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. Our room was nicely furnished and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast provided was very good. the hotel's location was convenient for visiting the palace and a few nearby restaurants. the staff even organized taxis for us to explore other attractions. it was a pleasant experience.
The lack of hooks in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.
